Covid-19 Safety Plan

Our approach to operating during the Covid – 19 pandemic has focused on balancing the safety of our guests and staff with the creation of a fun and relaxing dining experience. With covid cases on the rise and with visitors coming from around the world, we believe it is now necessary to implement a stronger safety plan for our property so that we can continue to operate in the safest way possible.

At this time all Roundhouse staff that work in our restaurant and event space are fully vaccinated and we require proof of vaccination for a la carte dining in our restaurant, patio or lounge. Additionally, guests must show proof of vaccination or recent negative test in order to attend any private event on the property. More details can be found below.

The Roundhouse Restaurant & Event Space

We are dedicated to providing an indoor dining experience that is safe for all to enjoy. The Roundhouse Restaurant and Event Space buildings use energy recovery ventilators that change the air every 15 minutes and HVAC equipment with MERV 13 filters. Both buildings are very open and spacious, with 14+ foot ceilings in The Roundhouse Restaurant and the Atrium of the Event Space, as well as 18+ foot ceilings in the Waterfall Room.

Hotel

We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene on our
property, especially in our hotel lobby and guest rooms. We have taken additional measures to
ensure our cleaning protocols are even more rigorous at this time:

  • Guest rooms will not be entered by any Roundhouse staff member during your stay, unless specifically requested. If you need anything additional delivered to your room we are happy to provide contactless delivery.
  • A guest room will not be accessed by any staff member after it has been cleaned, sanitized
    and readied for your arrival.
  • Objects that we are unable to effectively sanitize have been removed from our guest rooms, such as printed materials like magazines and books.
  • Contactless continental breakfast will be delivered to your guest room each morning
  • The check-in process has been adjusted to allow for limited contact with staff members for
    your continued safety.

Staff

The health and safety of our Roundhouse family is a top priority. We can only provide the best
service to you if we are at our best, so we have adjusted our operating procedures for our staff:

  • As of September 16, 2021, all staff members in the Roundhouse Restaurant and Event Space will be vaccinated.
  • Any staff member who is feeling ill will be asked to stay home
  • Managers will ensure that staff members are effectively and frequently washing their hands
  • All staff members are receiving ongoing briefings and training regarding enhanced operating protocols for Covid-19
